This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Lucentsia (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (“you”, “your”, or “the user”) of the Lucentsia application (“the Application”, “App”, or “Service”).

By using Lucentsia, you consent to the data practices described herein. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you are advised to discontinue the use of the Application immediately.

Lucentsia retains information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the stated purposes, after which it shall be securely deleted or anonymised.

  • To trusted service providers bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations;
  • To law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or courts of competent jurisdiction when required by law;

By using this Application, the user acknowledges such inherent limitations of electronic transmission.

Pursuant to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), users are entitled to the following rights:

  • The right to request correction or deletion of their personal data;
  • The right to withdraw consent to data processing;

Lucentsia is not directed toward individuals deemed underage for the use of our service.

We do not knowingly collect or process information from minors.

Should it come to our attention that a child has submitted personal data, such data shall be promptly deleted.

Lucentsia is not liable if such individual is directly or indirectly harmed from the use of our services.

Where applicable, information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside India.

In such cases, Lucentsia shall ensure that adequate safeguards are implemented to protect the integrity and confidentiality of user data.

9. Amendments

Lucentsia reserves the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any such changes shall take effect immediately upon publication, and continued use of the Application shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
