Welcome to Lucentsia (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Application”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lucentsia application and associated services (collectively, “the Service”).

By accessing or using Lucentsia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Service.

1. License to Use

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in and to the Lucentsia Application, including but not limited to text, code, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by Lucentsia and/or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms, Lucentsia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for your personal and non-commercial purposes.

You shall not:

• Republish or redistribute any material from Lucentsia without prior written consent;
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Application or its content for commercial gain;
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material for purposes inconsistent with these Terms;
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the Service.

Any unauthorised use shall result in automatic termination of this license.

2. User Content

“User Content” refers to any material (including but not limited to text, prompts, images, audio, or audiovisual materials) that you submit or transmit through the Application.

By submitting User Content, you grant Lucentsia a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such material for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit such content;
• Your submission does not infringe upon the rights of any third party;
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Lucentsia reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Application in any manner that may:

• Cause damage to, or impair the performance of, the Application;
• Interfere with any other user’s experience;
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise compromise security features;
• Be unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful;
• Transmit malicious software or automated data scraping mechanisms.

You shall use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws, including those of the Republic of India.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Generated Responses

Lucentsia employs artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to generate responses and recommendations.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Lucentsia does not guarantee that responses are correct, complete, or suitable for all purposes.

You understand and agree that:

• Responses are generated based on patterns in data and may not constitute professional or factual advice;
• You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act upon the generated information;
• Lucentsia shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from reliance on such responses.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucentsia, its founders, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use the Application;
• Any reliance on responses generated by the Service;
• Data loss, service interruption, or system failure;
• Unauthorized access to your information.

Lucentsia provides its Service “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucentsia, its affiliates, and personnel from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your use or misuse of the Application;
• Your infringement of third-party rights.

7. Termination

Lucentsia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, if it believes you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application shall immediately cease, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

8. Amendments

Lucentsia may modify or update these Terms at its discretion.

Such changes shall take effect immediately upon publication within the Application.

Your continued use of the Service after the posting of modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
